I’m pretty sure you can’t tell me what words i am, and am not authorized to use.

Pretty sure you wouldn’t need to be told this if you had a strong understanding of why the term is verboten.

Now, I can’t speak for anyone but myself, but the word nigger is a loaded term. Loaded by centuries of oppressive use, and if members of the community which it has been used against wish to reclaim and redefine the word - then that is for members of that community to decide.

However, the use of a loaded term - Nigger, Slut, Chink, Paki, Injun, Eskimo, etc. etc. etc. - in a reclaimed mode by members of that community is not free license to say that the term is now irrevocably changed into what it means within the community for people outwith the community.

In short, words mean things. They mean different things from different people, and in this case, why is there any reason why you would want to use racist loaded demeaning dehumanising speech towards someone? Why would you want to say “I am authorised to describe you as a subhuman piece of property” ?

But on the whole, the important point isn’t that some people are and aren’t authorised to use the word nigger. The important point is that the term is not universally positive, is not universally accepted, is not just another word for friend or buddy, but also carries a weight still of meaning which is ONLY racially charged.
