Why does this happen? High Fantasy is also guilty of this.

Oooh good question about which media is more guilty of killing off minority characters? Books, Media or movies?

I’d say film and TV, if only because books routinely just don’t have any POCs to begin with, not even in the background.

I think hollywood, writers, etc. think pocs are like roaches.

So I’m having a discussion, a clarification if you will, on what feminism is about to some dude who thinks it’s all about man-hating. Some over-zealous security guard comes over and tells me he can “hear me” so I basically told him to leave me alone, we’re having a discussion.He then calls the the cops. I SHIT YOU NOT. The cops come, and of course, it’s shortly after I finished my second glass of wine and I can’t drive anywhere. I explain to them what happened, they didn’t even talk to this guy trying to kick me out. The security guard had also given me a hard time a couple weeks ago because I had the audacity to call someone out as a RAPE APOLOGIST. But of course he didn’t like that I was yelling so he had to threaten to kick me out. Did he? No. Because he knew that if he did his ass would be fired because I know the owner. This time however, the owner is in Scotland so he is blissfully unaware of the shit that’s happening. Oh did I mention how last time when I was “yelling” some dude was shouting over me telling me that shouting over people is wrong? Did he get threatened to get kicked out? Nope.

And so the cops come tonight and they talk to me, pretending to be understanding etc. I was like, “My rapist is on the loose, because the cops don’t give a shit. I haven’t heard back from the police about my death and rape threats… and yet because I’m having a fucking discussion that this fucking asshole can’t handle because he can hear my voice, I’M IN THE BACK OF A FUCKING CRUISER????” I didn’t get arrested, don’t get me wrong. But I got a ride home from the police, because some dumbass security guard can’t handle me having a discussion with someone. The best part? The person I was having the discussion with, even said to the police and security guard, “we’re just having a discussion, no disagreement, no argument”.

HE FUCKING SAID WE WEREN’T HAVING AN ARGUMENT! And yet, I’m in the back of the cruiser getting a ride home, needing to get my car in the morning because some over zealous security guard can’t handle a woman talking.

Fuck you, security guard. Your ass is fired when the owner gets back. Guaranteed. Piece of shit.

Don’t talk about feminism outside, ladies. That’s not allowed in a free country. Misandry is real and its illegal.

With surgically enhanced bodies, perfectly coiffed hair, and glamorous makeup, these women act as PR agents for the porn industry, showing up regularly on Howard Stern, E! Entertainment, or in the pages of Maxim. As the porn industry increasingly wiggles its way into pop culture, it is no surprise that it uses mainly white women as the “acceptable” face of porn; their all-American-girl looks seamlessly mesh with the blonde, blue-eyed images that grace screens, celebrity magazines, and billboards across North America.

In porn, women of color are generally relegated to gonzo, a genre that has little glamour, security, or chic status. Here women have few fan club Web sites, do not make it to pop culture, and have to endure body-punishing sex. But while the sex acts are typical gonzo, the way the written text frames the sex is unique as it racializes the bodies and sexual behavior of the performer. In all-white porn, no one ever refers to the man’s penis as “a white cock” or the woman’s vagina as “white pussy,” but introduce a person of color, and suddenly all players have a racialized sexuality, where the race of the performer(s) is described in ways that make women a little “sluttier” and the men more hypermasculinized.

It is this harnessing of gender to race that makes women of color a particularly useful group to exploit in gonzo porn, since gonzo porn works only to the degree that the women in it are debased and dehumanized. As a woman of color, the porn performer embodies two subordinate categories, such as Asian fuckbucket, black ho, or Latina slut. All past and present racist stereotypes are dredged up and thrown in her face while she is being orally, anally, and vaginally penetrated by any number of men. When men (irrespective of race) ejaculate on her face and body, they often make reference to her skin color, and her debased status as a woman is seamlessly melded with, and reinforced by, her supposed debased status as a person of color. In the process, her race and gender become inseparable and her body carries the status of dual subordination.”

Elderly Pakistani Man Stabbed To Death After Leaving Mosque In Birmingham

A 75-year-old man stabbed to death yards from his home may have been targeted in a racially motivated attack, according to police.

Mohammed Saleem, who used a walking stick, was stabbed three times in the back as he returned home from prayers at his local mosque in Small Heath, Birmingham, on Monday night.

The blows were struck with such violence they penetrated to the front of his body.

The father of seven also had no defensive wounds in what has been described as a swift, vicious and cowardly attack by the man leading the murder investigation, Detective Superintendent Mark Payne of West Midlands police.

Officers want to trace a white man, aged 25-32, of medium height and build, spotted on CCTV footage running near the scene of the attack around the time it happened, just before 10.30pm.

Police also want to trace a seven-seat people carrier captured on CCTV, driving near the mosque with the two male occupants, both white and in their 30s, who are considered “significant witnesses”.

In an emotional family appeal on Thursday, two of Saleem’s daughters, Shazia Khan, 45, and Nazia Maqsood, 44, called for the attackers to hand themselves in. They tearfully described their father as a “widely respected member of the community” and “much-loved”.

For just a minute, can we talk about how fucking broadcasted this would be if it was a Christian walking out of church?

The dictionary definition of terrorism states it is “The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.”

So why aren’t anti-Muslim or anti-immigrant attacks ever referred to as terrorist attacks? They seem to fit the dictionary definition perfectly.
