i’ve never seen a storyline about someone on antidepressants or antipsychotics or any number of other medications with severe withdrawal symptoms struggling to get what they need
that should really be written. it’s super common
See this is the type of stuff that just pisses me off “let’s cry because this kid’s parents made him a costume he could use”. Like…. yes. Yes, they did. And my mom made me an Angelica costume I could wear when I was little. It’s not more precious because this kid is in a wheelchair. Making costumes for your kid is what parents do. How about instead of being like “how miraculous is it that that parent is a decent parent” we focus on how awesome it is he’s got a fucking ice cream truck as his costume?
